Under the name Event10, Benoît Robert starts in 1999 as a graphic designer for
independent music labels. Thus he is evolving in an underground artistic environment that allows
him to get a cross-look on the visual communication area, in imposing himself progressively
as a whole Art Director. Anti-conformist, his work tries to break with the style effect, the perishable,
while refering to the not-established value.
He conceives the art direction and the visual identity of brands and diverse projects related
to music, fashion, contemporary art, cinema. His strength lies in his ability to work with artistic
and cultural institutions just as well with big advertising companies.
Being always on the look-out for new technics and inspirations, he likes to come closer
and converse directly with the artists, so that he can enrich his own graphical and artistic world.
In 2006, he creates with Gloria Pedemonte and Joel Dagès, a platform that assembles
3 professional entities: Processing Work Cell. It includes the label Tsunami-Addiction for the music,
Event10 for the art direction and visual identity, and Plateformebureau for the communication
and trends research. Together, they carry out and edit the magazines Famous (art and culture),
and Fake-Real (music).
